It has a classic, micro-adjustable 4-buckle design with a medium flex. Its design and flex lend control and help skiers get out of the backseat and get their weight more forward so they can make better turns in all conditions. Dalbello uses the Trufit Performer custom which can be heated at your local ski shop or resort to get a custom fit, or it can be worn without heating. The heating accelerates the break-in process around ankle and forefoot making it a little more comfortable. The NX 8.6 best fits men with medium to wide calves and forefeet and medium width heels.
